New Rental Ordinance!

Please note that there is a new residential rental ordinance in the Village.  If you have rental property within the Village or are a person who rents within the Village, please look over the new ordinance.  If you own residential rental property within the Village, we will make an attempt to contact you by mail to inform you of your obligations and rights under this new ordinance.  Ultimately, it is the property owners responsibilty to educate and comply with this and all ordinances within the Village. 

A copy of this and all ordinances can be obtained or viewed at the Village Hall.
